Each Entry that is in compliance with these Rules will be reviewed by a panel of judges to be determined by Malaysia Polytechnic International Short Film Festival Secretariat. The Entries will be evaluated based upon the following factors: 

Technical Aspects: 

• In Line With Theme 

• Originality. 

• Creativity. 

• Content. 

• Direction. 

• Editing. 

• Outstanding Performances. 

 

Screenplay (Language): 

• Fluency 

• Pronunciation 

• Intonation & Speech Patterns 

• Sophistication of Expressions 

• Nonverbal Expressions/Poise 

 

E-Folio: 

• Documentation (Pre, During and Post production) 

 

All decisions of judges and MPISFF Secretariat are final and binding. No inquiries or appeals shall be entertained.
